RaiseWise.us fees
There are no fees for listing startups business funding campaign on RaiseWise.us and we do not charge investors fee in using our platform.
We charge a __% RaiseWise.us platform fee to the issuer on a fully funded raise. Payment processing fees also apply and are payable directly to the service providers upon the completion of the funding campaign by the issuer. RaiseWise USA, Inc. pays the Escrow account provider fee.
All investments are held in a third-party escrow account with North Capital. Funds are transferred to the issuer only after the fundraising target has been met. All fees are payable to RaiseWise USA, Inc., upon completion through our third-party escrow provider after the fully funded campaign closes.
All Investment funds generated through the RaiseWise.us platform are deposited and delivered directly to our third-party Escrow Account provider (North Capital). For onboarding and payment transaction processing, we integrate _____ , and all funds are held in escrow account until the completion of the funding campaign. Then, either the funded amount will be disbursed to the issuer bank account we have on our platform, or we refund to the funds to investors should the funding campaign fail to succeed.
To start raising funds, you must first register and create your company profile. The RaiseWise.us platform funding option is preset at “FIXED.” Fixed or inelastic funding enable the issuer received funds only when the raise is successful, and you were able to reach your target goal. However, when the funding target goal is not reached and unsuccessful, then the unsuccessful amount generated is returned to the investors without deduction of fees.
The payment gateway processing fee does not apply to unsuccessful refunded contributions, in which case all money is refunded to the investors.
